I am passionate about helping individuals achieve greater balance, focus, and emotional well-being through personalized neurofeedback care. My approach blends clinical expertise with a holistic, integrative perspective, combining brain-based interventions with guidance on lifestyle, supplementation, and other supportive strategies to enhance results.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Georgia and a Master’s in Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health from the University of Alabama. This training allows me to create evidence-based, client-centered treatment plans tailored to each person’s unique needs.
My approach is deeply influenced by my own personal health journey. Experiencing my own challenges opened my eyes to alternative treatments and “out-of-the-box” approaches to healing. I believe God designed the body to heal itself when given what it truly needs, and I focus on identifying and addressing the root causes of challenges rather than simply masking symptoms. Like David in Scripture, my hope is to help you find the stones to take down the “Goliaths” in your life — hence the name Five Stones.
I work with clients experiencing ADHD, anxiety, mood challenges, trauma-related symptoms, sleep difficulties, and performance optimization concerns. Through neurofeedback and integrative strategies, I help clients strengthen the brain’s natural ability to self-regulate, fostering improvements in focus, emotional resilience, and overall well-being.
My goal is to provide a compassionate, collaborative space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered on their journey to optimal mental, emotional, and cognitive health.
